A new idea – I was asked to replicate an old looking internal brick wall, the kind you see when the plaster has been removed and the bricks cleaned up. The tiles/slips were cut from bricks dating over a hundred years old, set to a design and pointed so it resembled an old lime mortar. This gave the illusion of an old internal wall. From the comments we received no one could believe that this was only a stud wall.

We were given a new brick for Derby. The tiles/slips were cut from a Hanson Multi Brick, the pattern gave the illusion of the bricks being randomly laid. Pointing them in a flush finish with a lime looking mortar gave them a rustic feel.
