We have been working with River Island for 25 years. Since 2008 we came up with the idea of building walls using brick slips/tiles, as the bricks they were using would have caused excessive weight to the floor slabs in some shops. The method we adopted to install the brick tiles is simple and quick, it allowed us to fix the tiles to stud walls and reduce the time and costs significantly compared to building the walls with full bricks. When River Island were designing their new flagship store at Westfield Stratford, the designers came up with a new idea, having brick arches in addition to the walls and columns we had been brick tiling until then.
